The Swedish Winter Challenge is an annual one-week business event based on three dimensions: individual development, business development, and partnership development.
It has been organized since 2015 as a Swedish-African co-creation with the purpose to expose African entrepreneurs to Sweden in January, one of the coldest months of the year. The program consists of the two-day Facilitative Leadership Training (FLT), Business Visits & Master Classes, and a grand finale with the SWC Business Forum, where entrepreneurs get the chance to pitch their business ideas and network with other entrepreneurs and potential investors.
The 7th Swedish Winter Challenge is going to take place virtually from the 17th to the 22nd of January 2021.
